In addition to our advisory services, we have experience in:

  • Representing office and industrial users in finding space to lease or purchase

  • Helping land owners determine the highest and best use for their property, and guiding them through the planning process all the way to the point of developing or selling the property
  • Providing clients with investment opportunities, whether the desire is for income producing properties or large recreational tracts

We have worked with companies of all sizes, from one person offices to Fortune 100 companies, on transactions ranging in value from five thousand dollars to tens of millions. We have also worked with counties and cities in planning, developing and marketing business and industrial parks and sites, as well as economic development organizations in crating marketing strategies.

We work with an extensive list of professionals in land planning, engineering services, constructions, financing, investing and property management, so we can be a primary point of contact for any commercial real estate endeavor.

A strength of Gambrell Real Estate Consulting is the ability to work with attorneys, CPAs or other professionals, providing confidential advisory services for their clients regarding commercial real estate.
